Creator Manager
Job Description
As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing TikTok creators who are part of or collaborate with Nobi Project.
- Monitoring creator activity and performance through the TikTok MCN Dashboard / TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
- Maintaining strong relationships with creators so collaborations remain active, productive, and sustainable.
- Conducting regular follow-ups regarding content posting, live shopping, campaigns, and affiliate sales.
- Helping creators understand products, campaigns, affiliate mechanisms, commissions, and TikTok sales strategies.
- Providing guidance to creators to improve content, live sessions, conversion, and GMV performance.
Requirement
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience or understanding of TikTok Affiliate, TikTok Shop, creators, KOLs, MCNs, or Live Shopping.
- Is familiar with the TikTok MCN Dashboard / TikTok Shop Affiliate Center for monitoring creator performance.
- Understands the yellow basket, affiliate commission, GMV, conversion, and live commerce.
- Can read creator performance data and determine simple actions based on the data.
- Is communicative, humble, and comfortable building relationships with many creators.
- Is confident in conducting regular follow-ups without making creators feel uncomfortable.
- Has good relationship management skills.
- Is detail-oriented when managing creator databases, follow-up progress, campaigns, and sales performance.
- Understands TikTok trends and actively follows developments in content, creators, and social commerce.
- Can provide simple insights and guidance to creators to improve their performance.
- Is proactive in finding solutions when creator performance decreases or creators become inactive.
- Can work based on targets and KPIs.
- Can collaborate with the team and is open to feedback and new things.

Responsibilities
- Find and identify potential creators.
- Approach creators through various communication channels.
- Select creators who match the needs of specific campaigns or categories.
- Explain benefits and collaboration opportunities to creators.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups.
- Handle questions or objections from creators.
- Encourage creators until they reach the collaboration or binding stage.
- Maintain the creator pipeline so the acquisition process continues consistently.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding creator and campaign requirements.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is active and confident when reaching out to new people.
- Is communicative and able to build interest.
- Does not easily give up when rejected or when there is no response.
- Is consistent with follow-ups.
- Is quick in executing tasks.
- Can work with targets.
- Is detail-oriented when researching and filtering creators.
- Familiarity with TikTok, creators, affiliate, or live commerce is a plus.

Host Live
Qualifications
- Maximum 24 years old.
- Based in Yogyakarta.
- Confident appearing in front of the camera.
- Communicative, expressive, and comfortable speaking naturally.
- Interested in live streaming, social media, or e-commerce.
- Willing to follow the team's direction regarding concepts, outfits, and styling.
- Previous live hosting experience is a plus.
Job Description
- Conduct live streaming according to the scheduled time.
- Explain products to viewers in an engaging way.
- Interact with the audience throughout the live session.
- Help increase engagement and sales.
- Follow campaign directions from the team.
